Paul Mead Sensei 7th Dan

Sensei Paul Mead is a senior Karateka of the SKIGB and is well respected within the karate community. A very popular guest instructor, he recently picked up 3 medals at the recent European Championships held in Sardinia, Italy. Paul regularly instructs at Chilwell.

Paul was awarded his 7th Dan (Nanadan) at the 2010 Summer Gasahuku. The first Karate-Ka to be award the grade under Asano Hanshi
